2 Years Later...

Curtis and I just celebrated our second anniversary.  We kept it pretty simple.  We exchanged a few gifts, and Curtis brought home flowers and took me to dinner.  It was nothing big.  But it is a pretty big deal that we've been married for 2 years!  It seems like yesterday Curtis was taking me country dancing every week for a date.  In two years we:

  • graduated from college
  • moved across the country for a job
  • started some new family traditions
  • got a dog
  • let said dog jump out of the moving car
  • bought a washing machine and dryer
  • bought a car that isn't "just to get us through school"
  • got our own insurance policies
  • pay for cable and internet
  • started paying off student debt
  • started looking into buying a HOUSE
  • found that we love having company come to our house
  • especially the missionaires
  • gained stronger testimonies of the Gospel
  • moved somewhere that a temple is 3 and 1/2 hours away; but still go as often as possible
  • welcomed a new Bennington nephew and a new Cazier brother-in-law into the family
  • made great new friends
  • did lots of hard things together
  • made wonderful, wonderful memories together
  • and love each other more now than we did when we first got married
