Out of touch

For the last 3 weeks, we've been without TV and internet.  I know, I know...first world problems.  But it was HARD to not have those luxuries.  It was even harder because of the mess it was with the cable company.  First it was a simple job that would take minutes.  Then it was 3-4-5 days.  Then 7-10 days.  Then 7-14 days.  Then 7-21 days, not including weekends.  Ugh.  Long story short, after lots of phone calls and a report to the better business bureau, we have TV and internet.  Thank goodness!
