Mazie puppy just got spayed. :(
It was a sad day in our house.
We dropped her off Thursday morning and she did pretty good! She kinda looked at us like, "why are you leaving me here?" And I cried. She stayed there one night.
I picked her up Friday afternoon and it was so tender. She came out and basically jumped into my arms. And when Mazie is excited, she pees. And she peed ALL OVER the vet's floor. And licked my face like crazy. The nurses said she seemed a little nervous, but did great! But it was great to have her home again.
She has 8 stiches which she'll get out at the end of the week. And after sleeping for 2 days straight she's back to herself! And we transitioned Mazie from staying in the kitchen all day while we are at work to having more freedom. Now she just can't go in the bathroom and bedroom. So far, so good. Hopefully she won't chew our house apart.
